AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are TradeIQ ("Company", "we," "us," or "our"), and we operate the mobile application TradeIQ (the "App"), together with any related services, features, content, software, and products that reference these Terms of Service (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms of Service ("Legal Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and TradeIQ concerning your access to and use of the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
We reserve the right to modify these Legal Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated version in the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Legal Terms.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Users under the age of 18 may only use the Services with parental or guardian supervision.

The Services provide AI-powered educational chart analysis, technical pattern recognition, and informational market insights intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
The Services do NOT provide:
* financial advice,
* investment advice,
* legal advice,
* tax advice,
* brokerage services,
* trade execution, order routing, or direct brokerage integrations,,
* portfolio management services, or
* fiduciary services.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial institution, or licensed financial professional.
Any market analysis, chart interpretations, technical indicators, trends, patterns, or insights generated by the Services are automatically produced by artificial intelligence systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or outdated.
Trading and investing involve substantial financial risk, including possible loss of capital. Past performance, chart patterns, indicators, or AI-generated outputs do not guarantee future results.
You are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or trades you make based on information provided through the Services.
The Services are not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such use would violate applicable laws or regulations.
The Services use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to generate educational chart analysis and market insights.
AI-generated outputs may contain:
* inaccuracies,
* omissions,
* hallucinations,
* incorrect interpretations,
* incomplete information,
* delayed information, or
* outdated content.
You acknowledge and agree that:
* all outputs are provided for educational and informational purposes only,
* AI-generated content should not be relied upon as financial advice,
* you should independently verify all information before making financial or trading decisions,
* the Services may occasionally generate incorrect or misleading outputs.
The Services are designed to assist users in learning technical analysis concepts and market structures and should not be interpreted as recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
Our Intellectual Property
We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to:
* software,
* source code,
* designs,
* databases,
* functionality,
* trademarks,
* logos,
* graphics,
* text,
* interfaces,
* AI workflows,
* visual assets, and
* content.
All content and trademarks are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Your Use of the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

3. You will not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or scraping tools to access the Services.
4. You will not use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
5. You understand that the Services are educational tools only and not financial advisory services.
If any information provided by you is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
We may offer:
* paid subscriptions,
* premium features,
* recurring billing plans,
* introductory offers, and
* free trial periods.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or other authorized payment providers.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method unless canceled before renewal.
Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
* you may be automatically charged when the trial period ends unless canceled before renewal,
* free trial eligibility is determined solely by us and/or the App Store provider,
* we reserve the right to modify or terminate free trial offers at any time.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store account settings before the renewal date. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the applicable App Store provider, including the Apple App Store.
We do not directly control App Store refund decisions.
Pricing
We reserve the right to change pricing, subscription plans, or feature availability at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Any software provided as part of the Services is licensed, not sold.
You may not:
* decompile,
* reverse engineer,
* modify,
* redistribute, or
* exploit the software except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
The software is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind.
You agree not to:
* use the Services for unlawful purposes,
* attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services,
* interfere with security features,
* distribute malware or harmful code,
* scrape or harvest data,
* exploit the Services commercially without permission,
* impersonate others,
* manipulate or abuse the AI systems,
* use the Services to spread misinformation,
* rely on the Services as a substitute for licensed financial advice.
* upload chart images or screenshots that contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII), sensitive financial data, account numbers, or broker login credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, comments, screenshots, uploaded charts, or other materials ("Contributions"), you grant us a non-exclusive license to process and use such Contributions for operating and improving the Services.
You remain responsible for ensuring that your Contributions:
* do not violate laws,
* do not infringe intellectual property rights,
* do not contain harmful or unlawful material.
You retain ownership of your Contributions.
However, by submitting Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
* process,
* store,
* analyze,
* reproduce, and
* use such Contributions solely for operating, improving, and maintaining the Services.
If reviews or ratings are permitted, you agree not to post:
* false information,
* misleading claims,
* abusive language,
* unlawful content,
* spam,
* defamatory statements.
We reserve the right to remove reviews at our discretion.
If you access the Services via a mobile application, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App on devices owned or controlled by you.
You may not:
* copy the App,
* resell the App,
* modify the App,
* reverse engineer the App,
* create derivative works from the App.
Apple App Store Terms
You acknowledge and agree that:
* These Legal Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple").
* We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the Services and the content thereof.
* Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
* Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims.
* Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Legal Terms. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Legal Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, APIs, AI providers, analytics services, or external content.
We do not control or endorse third-party services and are not responsible for:
* availability,
* accuracy,
* policies,
* security,
* content,
* damages arising from third-party interactions.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to:
* monitor usage,
* investigate violations,
* restrict access,
* remove content,
* suspend accounts,
* modify functionality,
* protect system integrity.
We may take appropriate legal action where necessary.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Uploaded chart screenshots, analysis requests, device information, and usage analytics may be processed to provide AI-powered functionality and improve the Services.
These Legal Terms remain effective while you use the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:
* you violate these Legal Terms,
* misuse the Services,
* engage in prohibited conduct,
* create legal or security risks.
Termination may occur without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update the Services at any time.
The Services may occasionally experience interruptions, delays, outages, or AI processing failures.
We are not liable for:
* downtime,
* unavailable features,
* delayed analysis,
* failed AI requests,
* interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Legal Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally.
If unresolved, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations or unauthorized use.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
* MERCHANTABILITY,
* FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
* ACCURACY,
* RELIABILITY,
* NON-INFRINGEMENT,
* AVAILABILITY.
WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE THAT:
* THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE,
* AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE,
* ANALYSIS WILL BE PROFITABLE,
* MARKET INSIGHTS WILL RESULT IN FINANCIAL GAINS,
* THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
* TRADING AND INVESTING INVOLVE RISK,
* YOU MAY LOSE MONEY,
* YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FINANCIAL DECISIONS.
THE SERVICES ARE EDUCATIONAL TOOLS ONLY AND MUST NOT BE INTERPRETED AS FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
* FINANCIAL LOSSES,
* LOST PROFITS,
* TRADING LOSSES,
* INDIRECT DAMAGES,
* CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
* DATA LOSS,
* BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,
* RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
* your misuse of the Services,
* violation of these Legal Terms,
* unlawful activities,
* infringement of third-party rights.
We may store and process data necessary for operating the Services.
While we implement reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data.
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications electronically.
Electronic agreements, notices, and records satisfy legal communication requirements.
These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Services.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Legal Terms without restriction.
